I was a pretty good marathoner for about 6 years. I ran Boston in 2018, and then ran into a bad stretch of injury luck. Mostly hips and pelvis and the usual stuff that plagues male runners in their 40s. I would PT and rest and restart. And every time I ended up back on the bench. So I decide to try Trey’s Run READY program and prepare for a race that was slow and long, in the hopes that my body would strengthen and recover and I could get back to running fast someday. Trey helped me get strong enough to put in 26 weeks training for my first ever 100K race, which I completed last month! I’m healthy and strong for the first time in years. I cannot recommend Trey and his Run READY program highly enough!

I would give more than 5 stars if there was an option! I was having issues with my hamstring, and I had a Half Ironman scheduled and knew I needed help to get through it. In preparing for a big climb (Mt. Kilimanjaro) I saw Trey at NW Movement Co for issues with my IT band, plantar fascitis, and overall flexibility issues. Trey worked with me for a couple months and my plantar fascitis was gone, I was flexible enough to touch the ground (which I had never been able to do in my life), and my previous IT band pain was non-existent when descending down from a 19,344 ft climb.
