Our 3 phases will help you get READY and stay READY for all of your running goals! Each phase lasts one month (4 weeks) and consists of 2 days of strength training and 1 day of mobility training each week. With each session lasting 20-30 minutes, you’ll have plenty of time to continue logging your miles. And after you’ve completed each phase, you’ll be amazed by how much better you feel on your runs!
